Your HOA will sponsor a Fall Garage Sale Event for Saturday, September 23, 2023. Signage will be placed for the event at the neighborhood entry. Find a new home for your gently used items.

2023 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
The 2023 Annual General Membership Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, May 15th, 2023 from 6:30 to 8:00pm. Please mark your calendar. More details are available to members by following the below link.
2023 ANNUAL DUES
The Board of Directors created and reviewed the annual budget for 2023. As such, dues for 2023 are unchanged from 2022 an are $225 per year per member property. Dues notices will/have been sent. Annual Dues must be paid by April 15, 2023, to avoid penalty fees.
Please note that dues payment must be received by the Treasurer before the annual meeting on April 15 for the member to participate in voting activities either during or after the annual meeting.
