The 2025 Annual General Membership Meeting has been scheduled for May 5, 2025 from 6:30 to 8:00pm. Please mark your calendar.  More details are available to members by following the below link.

Your HOA will sponsor a Spring Garage Sale Event on May 31, 2025.  Signage will be placed for the event at the neighborhood entry.  Find a new home for your gently used items. 

After a fantastic event the past four years, we are looking forward to holding a similar event in Fall 2025.  More details will become available to members by following the below link as they become available for our annual fall neighborhood event. 

The Board of Directors created and reviewed the annual budget for 2025.  As such, dues for 2025 are unchanged from 2024 and are $225 per year  per member property.  Dues notices will/have been sent.  Annual Dues must be paid by April 15, 2025, to avoid penalty fees.   

Please note that dues payment must be received by the Treasurer before the annual meeting on May 5th for the member to participate in voting activities either during or after the annual meeting.
