2026 Annual Homeowner's meeting (under development)

Thank you for your active participation in our homeowner's association, whether that be by direct participation, attending the meeting, and/or submitting a proxy should you not be able to attend. Your involvement is imperative to enabling our HOA to function smoothly and efficiently.
Below is the slide deck that we will be sharing and discussing during our meeting.
July 13, 2026 - 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
2026 Annual Meeting will be held using a dual in person with an option for virtual participation to allow for maximum participation.

Please be sure the homeowner association has your proper contact information so that you receive appropriate notifications.
Please be sure we have your full name, address, phone number, and the email address to which the invitation should be sent.
At the scheduled meeting time, if you are not able to join in person, you will be able to use the below link.
If you will not be able to attend in person or virtually, please submit a proxy form naming a member in good standing that will be attending to enable us to have a quorum and thus the ability to hold the meeting. Please see below for how to assign a proxy.
Assigning a Proxy
If you are unable to attend the annual HOA Meeting, you may submit a Proxy form to designate who will represent your vote. In order for the annual meeting to start, a Quorum of 35% of the members in good standing (current on dues) must be represented either by attending or via proxy to another member in good standing that is in attendance. Your submission of a proxy enables the time put forth by the board and those members attending to successfully hold this required annual meeting.
Proxy forms MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE ANNUAL MEETING CONVENES.
We have added an online proxy submission form.
To submit a Proxy, you may either :
- Download, print and sign a proxy form (see below list of downloadable documents) and deliver it to the HOA Secretary, Patrick Munns, either by scanning and emailing your completed form to Secretary@glenforesthoa.org , or mailing it to GFHOA, P.O. Box 62, Keller, TX 76244.
- Complete and submit an online proxy form by following the below link.
